How it happened

It all started with Ed

Last year, one summer day afternoon in Guadalajara, Mexico, Ed, a local artist showed George and Leo his hand made Daruma Doll — a traditional Japanese symbol of perseverance and good fortune. That single moment sparked an idea for George: what if we could take the Daruma spirit and give it a voice? A way for people to send heartfelt greetings, encouragement, and joy—making every gift truly personal.

From that spark brought our team together to create the Daruma Family, a series of collectible dolls that carry your heartfelt messages to those you love.

Daruma dolls are perfect for birthdays and heartfelt moments, with built-in recordings and playback so you can send a personal voice greeting.

Our upcoming AI-capable dolls will go further—offering interactive experiences like helping users achieve their wishes and fortune telling.

Introducing Daruma Jr.

Among the Daruma Family, one member stands out: Daruma Jr., a centerpiece that we have created to bring the Daruma spirit to life in many fun ways, exciting stories, animated features and promotional appearances.
