DarumaFamily.com offers custom voice-recordable Daruma Dolls, and in the future, AI-enabled versions. Current offerings may include:

• Voice-recording and playback dolls
• Pre-orders for AI-enabled dolls (in development)
• Gift message customization services
• Email-based updates and offers

We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product or feature at any time without notice.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features (e.g., uploading voice messages, tracking orders, AI services). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activities under your account.

• All orders are processed through our Shopify system.
• Customized dolls may require extra processing time.
• Returns are only accepted for defective items. Personalized products (e.g., recorded voice dolls) are not eligible for return unless defective.
• If an AI feature is not yet available at time of purchase, you will be notified when services go live.

When you place a pre-order for an AI-enabled Daruma Doll:

• You agree to pay in advance for a product that may ship at a later date
• Estimated delivery times are subject to change
• You will be notified of updates via the email you provide at checkout
• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund prior to shipment

Future AI-enabled dolls may connect to our cloud services via Bluetooth. By using this feature:

• You consent to the use of AI-generated responses
• You acknowledge that AI advice is not professional guidance
• Data may be stored on our cloud system to enhance the AI experience
• You agree not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to exploit AI features
